After developing a love for all things hospitality, I vowed to one day own my own restaurants and hotels where, through the art of food and wine, every dish, every sip, every shared story weaves a tapestry of cherished, unforgettable connections. To take a step towards this dream, at the end of 2023, I moved across the country to work for an incredible winery in one of the most exponentially growing wine regions in the world, Paso Robles, California. What I have is passion and a whole lot of heart, and I’m here to share my journey with you. Who knows, maybe you’ll be inspired to share your own story too.
